South Texas Independent School District (STISD) serves junior high and high school students who live along the southernmost tip of Texas, the region known as the Rio Grande Valley. The following campuses and grades are still accepting students. Please note that all campuses not listed below are already closed.

BETA (in Edinburg): 9th-grade only
Medical Academy
(moving to Brownsville in the fall): 9th- and 10th-grade
Rising Scholars (new junior high in San Benito): 7th-grade only
